who am i?
April 3, 2010
“there’s many things i wish i didn’t do, but i continue learning”
This lenten season would be the perfect time for me to reflect and repent on all that i’ve done on my life - wether good or bad. truly, i can say that my eighteen years of stay here on earth is not absolutely perfect - i have done a LOT of mistakes. Maybe in a point of view its worthwhile in a sense living and enjoying accordingly the life that God has given but i guess i have more than enough to do. I know that God is a little frustrated with what i am doing in these life that he entrusted me.
Yes I am a sinner, and just like in everyone i am also used in commiting sins from simple white lies to greed and wrath. Sins which is the greatest enemy of our soul that had been a part of our being. WIth that I want to make a reflection on a very timely, eye opening and shaking documentary about us - the sinners.
.Sinful Structure, Sinful situation and Sinful attitude.
Widespread poverty. Greed for power. Terrorism. Vulgar corruption. Devastation of the environment. Drug abuse. Proliferation of pornography. These are not the only problems plaguing our society. These are also the rotten fruits borne by our changing concept of what is right and wrong.
Are we still affected by the wrongs we commit and sins we witness everyday? Or has the violation of moral rule become so commonplace that our conscience has been dulled and we are now so jaded by sin?
These are the topics discussed in ANG AMING MGA SALÁ (OUR SINS), a two-part docudrama produced by Jesuit Communications. People from different walks of life will share their experiences related to the Seven Capital Sins and tell the tale of their journey towards change and redemption. The special also brings to light a new kind of sin that could soon be part of the Catholic Church’s list of Capital Sins.”

Try to relate the story to your own and i know that you will also see yourself in the story. Let’s Reflect. Repent. and Change!
